Vision of Placement Cell is to enhance employability of the students by imparting necessary skills to them. Its goal is to provide valuable guidance and motivation to get into job. Following efforts are done for students placement:
• Students record is maintained having information of their qualification, teaching subjects, address and contact numbers.
• Vacancies of jobs from different newspapers are collected and displayed on the notice board.
• Student teachers are guided to apply at various places.
• School authorities are invited to the institute to select competent teachers from B.Ed course.
• The teacher incharges of the cell contact school authorities personally for student teachers placements.
• All teacher educators during teaching practice request school Principals and teachers to select best teachers and offer them a job, if they have any vacant post.
As a result of these efforts, about 20 students got placement in various schools and this year 16 students have been given offer letter to appear in final interview after completion B.Ed course.
OUR FUTURE PLAN
In future we intend to do more efforts as inviting Principals, organizing job fair and helping coaching students to appear in job entrance tests.
